Asian Salmon In Foil

Ingredients

>1/4 cup of honey
>1 tablespoon of seasoned rice vinegar
>3 cloves of garlic, minced
>2 tablespoons of reduced sodium soy-sauce
>1 tablespoon of sesame oil
>Freshly-ground black-pepper, to taste
>1 tablespoon of freshly-grated ginger
>1 teaspoon of Sriracha, optional
>2 pounds of salmon
>1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds
>2 green onions that are thinly sliced

Directions

You will begin by preheating the oven to a temperature of 375 degrees F and then lining a baking sheet with foil.

You then whisk together your garlic, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, pepper and Sriracha in a small bowl to taste.

Place the salmon onto the sheet you have prepared and then fold up all the 4 sides of this foil. You then spoon the mixture of honey over the salmon before folding the sides of the foil over your salmon in a manner that it completely covered.

Place it into the oven and bake for about 20 minutes then open this packet and broil for about 3 minutes or until it gets slightly charred. You can now garnish it sesame seeds or onions and serve immediately.

Easy-Shrimp & Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients

>1 tablespoon of olive oil
>24 ounces of broccoli florets*
>1 1/2 pounds of medium shrimp that is peeled as well as deveined
>1 green-onion that is thinly sliced
>1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

For the sauce, you can use the following ingredients;

>3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
>1 tablespoon of rice -wine vinegar
>2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
>1 tablespoon of packed brown sugar
>2 cloves of minced garlic
>1 tablespoon of freshly-grated ginger
>1 teaspoon of cornstarch
>1 teaspoon of sesame oil
>1 teaspoon of Sriracha though this is optional

Directions
You will begin by whisking together your oyster sauce, rice-wine vinegar, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic and Sriracha in a small bowl.

You then take a little olive oil and put it in a skillet then heat over medium-high heat. To the skillet, add shrimp and cook. Stir it occasionally till it turns pink and then add your broccoli and cook together for about 3 minutes. You then stir in the soy sauce till it’s slightly thickened [usually for about 2 minutes]. You can season with green onions or sesame seeds and then serve immediately.

Baked-Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

>4 boneless-skinless chicken breasts which are pounded to even-thickness and then brined in saltwater
>3 tablespoons of melted butter
>4 cloves of peeled & minced garlic
>2 tablespoons of freshly-squeezed lemon-juice
>1 teaspoon of Kosher salt
>1 teaspoon of fresh thyme-leaves
>1/2 teaspoon of freshly-cracked black-pepper

You may also include extra-fresh thyme-sprigs and fresh lemon slices though these are optional.

Directions
The first step is filling a bowl with 1 quart of warm water and 1/4 cup of kosher-salt, then stirring so that much of the salt gets absorbed. You then add your chicken breasts and allow them to sit in this mixture for about 15 minutes.
Next, you remove your chicken breasts out of the brine and then rinse them using cold water before patting them dry by use of paper towels.
Heat your oven to a temperature of 450 degrees F and then using a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice and thyme until the mixture is well-combined. Set it aside and then pour your melted butter mixture into another baking dish. Place your chicken breasts on top of this dish in an even layer and using a pastry brush, brush the butter-mixture all over your chicken breasts till completed coated. Sprinkle each chicken breast with pepper and pinch of salt or even lemon slices.

Bake for about 5 minutes before removing the pan from your oven and brushing the chicken with your butter mixture once more. Again, bake for about 5 minutes then remove the brush before baking for up to 8 minutes or till your chicken is ready. Once ready, remove the pan and brush it with butter, then cover the pan loosely using an aluminum foil. Lastly, allow your chicken sit for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Conclusion
We hope you found these easy dinner recipes helpful. There is no reason whatsoever why you should go hungry despite how much pressed for time you are.
