Color and/or Font Change Requests

All BoutiqueMama.com web template designs are sold "as-is" and customization requests beyond what is described on the product listing will incur additional fees. An overall color and/or font change service is available for any web template in stock for an additional fee.

How do I request the color and/or font change service?

Requests for customizations may be submitted via the contact page prior to purchase. Once the customizations are discussed and agreed to, simply add the color and/or font change to your template order right on the template product listing.

What will I receive with the font change service?

Your purchased font change service includes your choice of font(s) provided the following criteria is met:

• The font you are requesting is on file at BoutiqueMama.com
• The font is available on a secure site online for download as freeware
• Or, you can provide the .ttf font file via email attachment.

What will I receive with the color change service?

Your purchased color change service includes your choice of colors and color placement with the following conditions:

• You must provide the actual hex or rgb color numbers of the colors you have in mind, or provide a digital document or logo we can match for you.
• You must provide detailed information about the color placement for the template, as this is not considered a custom design.

What can I expect when I order a color and/or font change with my template?

Once the customizations have been agreed upon and purchased and we have received your web hosting logins, your template project will be scheduled according to our current turnaround time. Your new template will be customized and installed directly onto your website for you to view. At that time you will be able to provide input and request up to two rounds of minor revisions based on your original request.

What will not be included with my color and/or font purchase?

• Changes to any graphics, coding or layout are not included with your font and color change service and will require a custom quote.
• "Starting over" with new colors and/or fonts after template has been created to your specifications and has been installed.

I am a visual person, I just can't envision it without seeing it first. Can you just design it for me and then I can request changes?

Although we are happy to provide suggestions and input about your color and/or font changes, you must be clear about colors and color placement as this is not a custom design service. With this service, you become the designer and will decide all color placement and font styles, then we take your requests and implement them into the template design.
